Introducing the Google Analytics for Blogs and Small Business Course!

Google Analytics Course for Bloggers and Small Business

Guys, I am so excited to let you in on what I’ve been working on! For about a year now, I’ve found myself answering questions from other bloggers and business owners about Google Analytics. I’ve discovered a couple of absolutely invaluable tools that have decreased the amount of time I’ve spent filtering Google Analytics reports and increased the accuracy of my statistics.

And now I want to share this awesomeness with you!

“How can I use Google Analytics to boost my business?”

I’ve heard that question a lot, in many different forms. If you struggle with Google Analytics on your blog or business site, or if you know you could get more out of it, you’re not alone! Google Analytics is a powerful tool, but it can be hard to master.

It doesn’t have to be a mystical art, though! When I started The Spare Room Project in February 2015, I had never used GA before. Since then, I’ve learned tricks that have decreased the amount of time I’ve had to spend maintaining my true traffic numbers, and I have been able to harness powerful GA tools to improve my site and business. I want you to be able to harness these tools too!

Who is this course for?

  • The blogger who wants to increase their reach
  • The small business owner who wants to find new markets
  • The infopreneur who isn’t sure how to find out who is interested in their products
  • Anyone who wants to improve their blog or business, without needing to have a programming degree!

Who is this course NOT for?

  • Anyone who doesn’t want to improve their blog or business
  • Anyone who wants to spend precious hours manually filtering spam traffic
  • Anyone who doesn’t want to have an easier way to find their target customers
  • Anyone who doesn’t want more accurate traffic stats (Hint: your ‘high’ bounce rate doesn’t mean a thing!)

By enrolling in the course during the presale phase, you will receive exclusive access to the students-only Facebook group, where you can get personalized feedback by using the coupon code FREESUPPORT on the VIP Group package. You’ll also get sneak peeks and the chance to give input on course content, and more. Note that there are only 25 coupon codes available, so get yours while you can!

We are currently in the presale phase of the course, which means that until the official course launch on in the last half of June, you’ll be the first to access the course materials as they are posted, and you’ll be able to help shape the course to fill the needs you have. My goal with this course is to help everyone who enrolls to understand the power behind Google Analytics and use it to benefit their specific needs.

To that end, I will be collecting feedback from early-enrollment students to improve the course and meet needs in our course community and beyond. This is also why I’m excited about offering the Facebook group and office hours through that group! If there is a specific Google Analytics objective that isn’t currently covered in the course, students will be able to get support from myself and from their fellow students. These kinds of groups have been incredibly helpful with courses I myself have taken, and I want to be able to offer that to my own students. The only reason that it is an upgrade is because it involves time outside of the course content preparation, but I think it will be worth it for the community that it will build. I can’t wait to connect with you and help you learn how to use Google Analytics to improve your blog or business!
