Business Cards are printed with Process Colors on a frosted/opaque plastic sheet . These are printed offset, on large commercial presses.

WHAT ARE PLASTIC CARDS: These cards are 100% plastic. The substrate used is PET, which is the same as what is used to make water bottles, so these cards are 100% recyclable. They are tear-resistant, and Water proof. Full metallic foil stamping is enabled, and the material is ULTRATHIN, sturdy and unique. This stock is 0.3mm, 11-12 mil frosted plastic, for reference, a piece of printing paper is 4-5 mil or 0.12mm. You can make a card that is completely remarkable!

FROSTED PLASTIC + FOIL : It is a translucent stock has a smooth surface and is slightly cloudy, only available for single sided design. Your design will be expressed in foil (should not include any shading or gradients- not available for colored ink). By the different foiling process on this plastic, Foiling must use for simple texts and lines to avoid peeling off. Wide foiling area is not possible. Foiling file should show area for foiling denoted in 100% black on a white background.

Choose your foil color - Matte gold, glossy gold, matte silver, glossy silver, hologram, red, blue, black, green - All available! ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS: We need your artwork to be a minimum 300 dpi, in a PDF/AI/PSD, CMYK file. We need 0.08" inch bleeds for full bleed designs. Total size of business card needs to be 3.54"x2.28", safe zone is 3.23"x1.97" Original PSD or AI file with all layers recommended, fonts outlined recommended.
